WE SERVICE GAS FIREPLACES ONLY (with limited exceptions)
Your technician will call you ahead of time when on the way.
Fix Fireplace may be required to adjust your appointment time during the confirmation process due to technician and routing conflicts. If you require a very specific arrival time please book via telephone.
Though we work as hard as possible to keep arrival times as close as possible to your booked time, we may may be somewhat earlier or later. Job lengths are unpredictable and your technician may be finishing up a previous job.
Leave *as much* information as possible in the notes section. Please *do not* leave that section blank. Let us know if your fireplace is functioning or not, and if not what problems or issues it is having.
If you live outside of the Calgary or Edmonton city limits, please phone us to book and do not use online booking. We almost certainly will have to change the day and time of your appointment due to routing and drive time considerations.
